Please complete the application procedure online, upload all requires documents and press ”Submit”.
Only applications completed and received before the application due date can be accepted.

Required Application Material
The applicant must submit 8 documents. 4 for qualification review, and 4 for the IMPTE assessment. No documents submitted with the application will be returned regardless of the applicant’s admission status. Please keep personal copies for future reference. If the submitted documents are found to be forged, fraudulent or altered, etc., students’ admitted status will be canceled, or students’ registered status will be revoked; no degree certificate will be given.
Documents for Qualification Review
1. One photocopy of the official degree certificate in Chinese or English issued by the institution.
Please provide a bachelor’s official degree certificate. If you are currently studying at an institution, please submit proof of enrollment with the department’s anticipated graduation time.
2. One photocopy of the official transcript in Chinese or English issued by the institution.
Please provide the Bachelor’s degree transcript (or above) by year.
If you are currently studying at a university, please submit the transcript of the first 3 year's transcript.
3. One photocopy of financial statement in Chinese or English.
a. All applicants must provide a photocopy of financial statement with at least USD4,000 or NTD120,000. The statement should be issued no earlier than 3 months prior to the beginning of the application period.
b. Full scholarship recipients can provide their scholarship certificate instead (scholarship application form not accepted).
c. If the financial statement is not in the applicant’s name, a declaration with a sponsor’s signature must be included, stating the relationship with the applicant and guaranteeing responsibility for all of applicant’s expenses in Taiwan.
4. One photocopy of the nationality (or citizenship) certificate: i.e., passport, residence certificate or birth certificate.
*The above documents (1) – (4) need to be uploaded successfully and accepted after review to be passed to the departments/institutes for final assessment.
Documents for IMPTE Assessment
1. Two (2) recommendation letters.
2. Study plan (including research proposal) in English.
3. Autobiography (in English).
4. English proficiency certificate: Minimum English proficiency for non-native English speaking applicants: TOEFL score iBT-TOEFL of 61 / IELTS of 5.0.
